Agent Manage
- Modify PC Property:
Modify the selected
agent's information.
- Add New PC: Add a new
computer to the computer list.
- Remove PC:
Remove the selected agent(s).
- Install Agent:
Install IMonitor EAM
agent program to remote computer. Enter user name and password of
the selected computer, the user must be a member of administrator
group of the remote computer.
- Get Agent Program:
Open the directory of the agent
program file.
- Uninstall Agent:
Uninstall IMonitor EAM
agent from the selected computer(s) remotely,
the selected computer(s)
have to reboot itself to complete
uninstallation.
- Reset Server IP:
If there are more than one IMonitor EAM Server in network, and your want to appoint a new server to
the selected agent(s), enter the new server's ip address.
- Update Agent Status: Send a
command to all remote computer, check the return result and update
all agent's online and offline status.
- Refresh Agents List:
Reload all departments and all agents from database.
